I love tonkatsu. It's a Japanese breaded and fried porkchop usually served over rice. If you add an egg omelet and some tempura sauce to it, you've got katsu don. You can eat it in the summer time at room temperature coming out of your bento box. But in the winter, you can eat it fresh out the pan with fresh steamed rice too.
